Projects
I encourage you to read the description of selected projects that I had a chance to implement.

01
Plebiscite for the Best Polish Athlete
The "Przeglad Sportowy" plebiscite for the best Polish athlete of the year is the second oldest sports plebiscite in Europe. I managed the plebiscite for 4 years - I coordinated the work of all departments working for this project in the publishing house, I collaborated on television production (with TVP, then with TV POLSAT). I introduced an independent auditor (EY) and new forms of voting to the Plebiscite.

Gift of Sports Champions
Inspired by the Olympic champion in shot put Piotr Małachowski, together with the then editor-in-chief of "Przegląd Sportowy", Michał Pol and Szymon Milczanowski, a PR expert, we organized a permanent charity event carried out during the Sports Champions Ball. The operator of the auction was "Fundacja Faktu". We managed to get valuable items for the auction - we received Maja Włoszczowska's bicycle, on which she won a silver medal during the Olympic Games in Rio, the helmet of the speedway world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik and the racer Kajetan Kajetanowicz. We also got Kamil Stoch's skis, Justyna Kowalczyk's plastron or an invitation to a match and dinner with Robert Lewandowski in Munich. The auction was conducted by a professional auctioneer, who was later joined by Krzysztof Ibisz. We helped in the treatment of Tomasz Gollob, who suffered a motocross accident, which unfortunately ended his sporting career, and Agnieszka Borowska, a bobsledder, who suffered an accident on the track. During several years of the auction, we collected several hundred thousand zlotys for the treatment of athletes.

FATHERS Magazine
The "Fathers" magazine was created in accordance with the idea of "slowjournalism" - it is a combination of a book and a magazine. The content concerns the idea of conscious fatherhood, culture, travel and lifestyle. The proposal to join the team of the "Fathers" magazine was a great honor for me, my fatherhood grew over the years with the subsequent issues of the magazine. I helped the magazine return to the Polish market after a long break by preparing, as the editor-in-chief, the next Polish and Chinese issue, simultaneously supporting the online content of the magazine. I also conducted interviews and photo shoots.
04
Polish Sports Photography Competition
I was associated with the competition from the very beginning, working at the Ringier Axel Springer publishing house, I helped the originators promote it and supported them organizationally and substantively. In the years 2015-2018, I was a member of the jury of the competition, for a year the chairman of the jury and hosted the awards gala twice (in Krakow and Szczecinek). Today, PKFS is the most significant sports photography competition in Poland and one of the most important events for the industry in Europe.

05
Golden Spikes
"Golden Spikes" is the annual ranking of Polish athletes prepared by the magazine since 1970 Sport and Polish Athletics Association. Working at the Ringier Axel Springer Polska publishing house, I restored the ranking to its former, prestigious role in the sports environment. Galas accompanying the ranking were organized again, sponsors appeared and the media covered the event for the readers of Przeglad Sportowy and Onet.

Orange Power. Paralympic Edition
Working for the sports marketing agency Arskom in 2019, together with the project team, we created the concept of a social program activating children with disabilities to sports activity. We engaged three ambassadors - journalists Michał Pol and Marcin Ryszka (also a 3-time world champion in swimming for the blind, bronze medalist of the European Championships, participant of the Paralympic Games) and Paralympic athlete Alicja Jeromin (sprinter, 7-time medalist of the Paralympic Games). The formula of the program focused on fun, as well as methodical support for teachers and parents, which is why Zbigniew Lewkowicz - coach and coordinator of the Paralympic team also joined the program. She was the organizer of the action ING Foundation for Children which added the concept to its permanent social program "Orange Power" by creating its Olympic edition. Sport gives children with disabilities freedom, independence and helps to build self-esteem. For several years of the program, thanks to the activities designed within it, thousands of children in Poland were supported.

07
Hello ICE for Budimex
The aim of the project created for Budimex is to broaden the knowledge of primary school students and preschoolers on the behavior of e.g. when crossing on a pedestrian crossing. Together with the Arskom agency team, I created the concept, name and communication strategy of the campaign. Budimex's Hello ICE meetings are organized in cooperation with schools from all over the country. The mascot of the program is the friendly tiger Budi, who travels all over Poland to teach and entertain the youngest. The key element of the campaign is an interactive map where everyone can mark a dangerous place in the vicinity of a school or kindergarten. In selected places in 2020, 4 3D stripes were painted on a pilot basis as part of the program. Safety Days are organized in schools and kindergartens all over Poland, during which children learn about road safety rules. In addition, teachers could download ready-made lesson plans from helloice.pl.

The Light Side of the Force
The Bright Side of the Force campaign is run by the Association Open Cages. Its mission is to popularize a plant-based diet among physically active people and to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle. To this end, the campaign works with specialists, including nutritionists and trainers. The campaign also uses the support of Ambassadors - titled athletes representing various disciplines. Working for the Arskom agency, I decided to provide pro-bono media support for the campaign. We provided effective public and media relations services thanks to which hundreds of thousands of people learned about the campaign. Interviews, texts and a video report were organized. I also support "Open Cages" as a donor.

Academic lecturer
For 3 years I have been giving guest lectures for students of the International School of Costume and Fashion Design in Warsaw (MSKPU) from the topic "Why business should be sustainable". I also participated in the educational project FIFA/CIES Program in Sports Management for Kozminski University in Warsaw (ALK) conducting classes on the implementation of special projects in sports media. I also gave lectures for students of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (UKSW) from the Institute of Media Education and Journalism in the subject of "Media Relations" (program "A graduate with competences").

Photography
I have been photographing almost every day for years. My passion turned into work over time - I was professionally involved in photography for many years, working as the head of the photo department of many newspapers. For 5 years I was a juror in the most important Polish competition of sports photography. I was also the ambassador of a prestigious Japanese camera brand RICOH GR. In photography, I focus on naturalness and truth, which is why reportage is the closest to me.
